MyChau + Jerry were from Michigan and Texas. They met in the healthcare industry in Kansas City and ended up in Seattle. On a trip to Europe, Jerry proposed to MyChau on a basketball court in front of the Eiffel Tower! For their reception venue they chose the Harbor Club in Seattle. For their music vibe, they liked Hip Hop through the years, 80s music and since Jerry was from Texas he especially like artists like Chamillionaire, Mike Jones and Paul Wall. Other favorite artists were T.I, Usher, Lady Gaga, and Drake. Music was very important to them and was one of their three top priorities. They loved to dance and they did not want a “traditional” wedding DJ. They wanted a high energy, club style dance party with live mixing!
During dinner they had a funky and hip violinist named Peter Lee Johnson play his own string versions of their favorite top 40 and urban songs. After dinner, the party resumed in another room which was transformed into a club atmosphere high above the city with our own LED Uplighting package. There was a Chinese Lion Dance to honor the couple (we switched the lighting to red!) followed by a crazy night of dancing!
